The case emerged after officials investigated multiple incidents involving visits to the property. According to details presented during legal proceedings, the woman continued returning to the residence despite warnings and concerns about the singer’s privacy.
A court later sentenced the woman to one year in prison, suspended for two years, in connection with the case. She was also ordered to complete a stalking treatment program. South Korean immigration authorities are now reviewing whether additional action should be taken, including possible deportation.
